Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting initial consultations and intake assessments with new clients to determine their emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Encouraging client engagement in their therapeutic process through ongoing discussions about treatment effectiveness and necessary adjustments.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients about mental health issues, fostering understanding of therapy processes and therapeutic goals.

• Promoting self-reflection, constructive coping strategies, and healthy interpersonal relationships as part of the therapeutic journey.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress in their treatment via our electronic health record system.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually and includes a generous sign-on bonus.
