Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their goals, preferences, and available options for rehabilitation.

• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that align with clients' educational backgrounds, physical abilities, and career aspirations, adjusting these plans as client needs evolve.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual clients.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client records, including personal information, insurance details, services rendered, and ongoing progress towards goals.
\n
• Regularly track and evaluate client progress, modifying therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
\n
• Establish consistent communication with clients involved in job training and placement programs, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
\n
• Engage with clients’ support systems—family and friends—to identify effective methods for meeting their needs.
\n
• Produce timely and comprehensive reports based on client assessments and progress, making appropriate recommendations for additional resources and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders and adjustment issues, within an outpatient framework. Your role will be crucial in providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions that promote healing, self-reliance, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is essential.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, preferably in both residential and outpatient environments.

• Strong clinical skills, with proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and detailed documentation practices.

• An annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
