Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Soul Scape Healing Collective, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and consistently monitor client progress throughout the therapy process.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, guiding them through complex emotional challenges, relationship conflicts, and mental health concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring the application of the most effective therapeutic practices.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as:

• Effects of physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling disputes and cut-offs

• Job-related stress and adjustment to medical issues

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
