Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative practices with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, many of whom may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in counseling is required; experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and performance, with opportunities for bonuses.
