Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet specific mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and couples.

• Utilize various, personalized therapeutic techniques to address unique client challenges, ensuring interventions are relevant and effective.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care, integrating feedback and expertise from various health disciplines.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality care is delivered consistently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
