Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans and treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on various topics such as emotional regulation, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic and integrated client care.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and other digital tools to track outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• An earned Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling or mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting.

The compensation package includes an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, which is commensurate with experience and based on caseload availability.
