Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive clinical mental health services primarily through virtual platforms. Specific duties include:

• Conduct tailored and ethical individual counseling sessions focused on client-centric treatment.

• Perform ongoing assessments to adapt treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs.
\n
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that are solution-focused and recovery-oriented.

• Facilitate skill development in clients, including coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.

• Utilize an all-in-one counselor portal for scheduling, tracking client sessions, and billing, allowing for streamlined operations and minimal paperwork.

This position primarily serves adults with stable, low-acuity mental health needs. Your focus will be on empowering clients to manage their challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions. By fostering resilience and self-efficacy, your work will directly contribute to improving clients' overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
