Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your own environment while also collaborating with a team of professionals dedicated to improving mental health outcomes. Your work will involve direct one-on-one client interactions and collaborative initiatives with members of a robust support network, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to identify their goals, preferences, and available treatment options.

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each client's educational background, physical capabilities, and future employment aspirations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute effective rehabilitation programs that address the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate client case files, documenting their personal information, eligibility status, insurance details, and services provided through concise narratives.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and document changes to ensure goals are achieved and care plans are adjusted as needed.
\n
• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients engaged in various training and placement programs, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
\n
• Incorporate feedback from clients' families and support systems to enhance care effectiveness and client satisfaction.
\n
• Timely analyze and document client needs to generate reports and recommendations for additional resources when necessary.

Your role will involve working primarily with individuals experiencing mental health and mood disorders, many of whom may be navigating complex life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, including counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment within either residential or outpatient settings.
\n
• A collaborative attitude and a strong commitment to fostering positive change in clients' lives.
\n
• Proficient clinical skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and case management.

• Knowledge of community resources available for client referrals and additional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 – 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
