Work Environment\n

This role is designed as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while enabling you to maintain a strong connection with clients. The practice operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a structured work-life balance. By utilizing advanced digital tools and our shared office spaces, you will engage with both clients and your colleagues effectively, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, cultivating positive relationships and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss treatment plans, and prepare for any appropriate discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's goals and mental health needs.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with industry standards of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and cross-training opportunities within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and software, including Excel, RMS systems, and PMIS.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to serve our client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, accompanied by attractive bonus opportunities based on performance.
