Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection, sharing, and mutual support among participants. Your role will involve creating a safe space for individuals to discuss their experiences and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will guide clients through resilience-building and recovery, helping them to navigate life’s transitions with strength and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, preferably with clients in residential or outpatient settings.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
