Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with each client while adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review their progress, discuss ongoing stability, and plan for any upcoming appointments or discharges as appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to meet licensing requirements and practice policies.
\n
• Engage in individual sessions each week, providing therapeutic support and interventions that align with evidence-based practices.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to further develop your skills and share experiences with peers.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will focus on serving a wide array of clients, including those from varied backgrounds and experiences. You will be instrumental in addressing the mental health needs of individuals and families, aiming to facilitate coping strategies and recovery through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, enabling independent practice.

• At least one year of relevant post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
\n
• Proficiency with various computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, along with familiarity in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 75,000 to USD 90,000, dependent on experience and expertise.
