Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with us, you will work in a supportive and collaborative remote setting. Our practice values a strong partnership with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, facilitating shared leadership and values that enhance the quality of care we provide. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, evaluate stability, and plan for appropriate discharges when beneficial.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a collaborative approach to their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will serve a varied client population, addressing a range of mental health challenges faced by children, adolescents, and adults. Your ability to connect with individuals and families will be key to fostering a supportive environment that empowers clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
