Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share their experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive setting.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored individual therapy that explores clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting them in developing actionable coping strategies and personalized treatment plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress through various evaluation methods and feedback, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care, coordinating treatment and consulting on complex cases to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Life Mental State Counseling Center primarily serves teens and young adults aged 18 to 30. Our focus on this age group allows us to tailor our therapeutic approaches to the unique developmental and emotional challenges that may arise during these formative years. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must hold a current and valid LPC licensure in Arizona.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; additional relevant certifications or degrees are welcomed.

• Experience in clinical counseling settings, particularly with teens and young adults, is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and their families.

• Proficient in assessment tools and evidence-based therapies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
