Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, support stability, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor their personalized treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the client's goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and assessments, in accordance with clinical and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information on client history and immediate needs.
\n
• Engage in individual sessions with clients throughout the week, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support their mental health journeys.

• Partake in regular individual supervision to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to support holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves youth struggling with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adolescent psychology and demonstrate the ability to connect with this age group on a meaningful level.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.

• Minimum one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Experience providing therapy through both individual and group sessions to youth populations.

• Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing treatment plans that are client-centered and foster recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
