Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing trust and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine the appropriateness of discharge.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform detailed intake assessments to determine initial treatment requirements and client background.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
