Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to establish individualized treatment protocols that align with their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to develop holistic treatment plans that encompass various aspects of a client's mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to support continuity of care while ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest advancements in the field of mental health through workshops and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work primarily with a diverse adult population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
