Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess their stability, development, and appropriate timing for discharge when necessary.

• Develop and monitor client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs, taking into account a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish their psychosocial histories.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore and work through their challenges.

• Participate actively in individual supervision sessions, seeking growth and development in clinical competencies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver a holistic treatment approach, ensuring optimal care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, family issues, and other mental health concerns. Your work will particularly focus on fostering emotional resilience and stability among clients and their families in our community. With an empathetic approach, you will provide ongoing strategies to support mental health recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or related fields is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using various technological tools, including a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and electronic health record systems such as PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly valued.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates, allowing for timely payments ahead of collections. Additional compensation opportunities are available through performance bonuses.
