Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage in various therapeutic activities designed to promote mental well-being and foster recovery. Your key responsibilities include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share experiences, build connections, and learn from each other.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy that helps clients delve into their thoughts and emotions, developing useful coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and progress.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to track the progress of clients and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following credentials and skills:
