Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our counseling team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Leading engaging group sessions focused on building trust and support among participants, facilitating discussions that allow clients to share their stories and learn from peers.

• Individual Therapy: Providing one-on-one counseling characterized by empathy and personalization, helping clients process their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies tailored to their specific needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
