Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will:

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions that foster open dialogue and mutual support among clients, helping them share experiences and insights.

• Conduct individual therapy, providing empathetic counseling tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and assisting them in developing actionable coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations, setting achievable goals for their mental health journey.

• Monitor and assess client progress through various evaluation tools, ensuring treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, engaging in regular communication to coordinate care and address any complex case discussions that arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
