Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify key concerns and formulate collaborative treatment goals.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, using appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and regularly evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to support client progress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or community organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the field of counseling to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
