Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in our outpatient treatment center, primarily engaging with clients aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, build connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide personalized counseling that encourages clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on adolescents and young adults who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LPC license in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
