Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and formulate individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of clients' unique psychological needs.

• Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and other professionals involved in client care to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.

• Document all client interactions meticulously through EMR software, including monthly and quarterly progress notes that track client development and adherence to treatment goals.

• Conduct home visits as necessary for clients in need of in-home assessments, and provide clinical recommendations based on these observations.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on strategies for enhancing therapeutic interventions.

• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding of the therapeutic programs and documentation requirements.

• Establish and nurture rapport with clients, ensuring an empathetic and supportive environment conducive to open communication.

• Follow up with clients through additional sessions or home visits to continually assess their needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including both adults and youth, who experience a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.
