Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage in various activities aimed at fostering the mental health and well-being of our clients. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a population of young adults, ages 18 to 30, who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This age group often faces unique challenges, including transitions to independence, academic pressures, relationship dynamics, and mental health crises. Your role is to provide not only therapeutic interventions but also guidance and support during this formative phase of their lives, helping them build resilience and foster positive coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or social work. Additionally, we require at least two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating a history of effectively supporting clients through their mental health journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, we encourage candidates with additional experience in adolescent or young adult counseling—especially within outpatient treatment environments—to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
