Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will entail:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to connect, share experiences, and learn collaboratively.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions aimed at helping clients understand their emotions, behaviors, and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients on individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique healing journeys and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
