Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review clients' progress, stability, and discharge plans as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to aid in continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to understand new clients' backgrounds and needs effectively.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing psychotherapy services that promote healing and growth.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to facilitate professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Proficient in using technological tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families.
