Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and needs, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the outset.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address specific issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide therapy sessions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselor will work with a varied population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, with up-to-date knowledge of licensure regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting the experience and skillset of the candidate. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
