Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating supportive environments for open discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Document client progress in accordance with clinical guidelines and ensure all required paperwork and billing are completed efficiently.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Harmony Hills, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as PTSD, stress and anxiety, depressive disorders, and issues stemming from substance use. Your expertise in understanding the complexities of these challenges will be critical in guiding clients toward effective coping strategies and healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating success in managing diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience specializing in trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and capacity.
