Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Blue Pearl, your responsibilities will involve:

• Managing a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Conducting regular therapy sessions, reviewing client progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and facilitating discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring tailored treatment plans that align with the individual needs of each client.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of progress notes and treatment plan updates for all clients.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments that accurately reflect the therapeutic needs of each client.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision for ongoing skill enhancement and professional development.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches for your clients.

• Embracing a growth mindset, continually seeking ways to enhance your professional knowledge and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing mental health support to a diverse array of adult and child clients. The patient population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise and sensitivity will be vital in crafting treatment plans and providing individualized support that fosters healing, resilience, and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, current and active in New Jersey.

• Proficient skills in using clinical software, including Excel spreadsheets and RMS systems, to document client progress and manage case load effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• A background providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 based on verified experience and proficiency within the role. Our compensation model employs a Fee-for-Service structure that ensures secure earnings through guaranteed rates—paid ahead of collections without waiting for reimbursement.
