Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored counseling strategies.

• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, patients’ families, and other relevant parties to discuss patient progress and ensure coordinated care.
\n
• Provide a tentative schedule of appointments and home visits to supervisors, optimizing your caseload based on client availability and your expertise.
\n
• Facilitate in-home visits for observational assessments, ensuring adherence to care plans while collecting valuable data for treatment adjustments.
\n
• Oversee the implementation of each client's individualized treatment plan, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in therapeutic practices.
\n
• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Document progress through monthly and quarterly notes, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for review by authorized personnel.
\n
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff to bolster their competencies in program implementation and compliance with documentation standards.
\n
• Conduct follow-up assessments and home visits, providing ongoing support to facilitate successful interventions.
\n
• Serve as the liaison between our mental health community and the public, promoting awareness and understanding of our services.

• Contribute to the development of training materials, enhancing program quality and delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth. Your role is to provide therapeutic support tailored to the unique challenges faced by individuals from various backgrounds. Whether addressing issues of trauma, substance use, or relational conflicts, you will employ evidence-based practices to guide your clients on their journey toward recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical counseling environment.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team, demonstrating collaboration and communication skills.

• Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other related technologies.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
