Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, offering evidence-based interventions to support clients across different age groups.

• Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify their therapeutic needs and formulate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring active involvement in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, following legal and ethical guidelines while also utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.

• Oversee therapeutic activities, including running support groups and workshops that encourage skill development and peer support.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly addressing the needs of diverse populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.

• Previous work with clients diagnosed with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
