Your work will predominantly take place in a telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct client sessions from the comfort of your own home or any other conducive environment. You will utilize various electronic systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, providing updates, stability assessments, and facilitating discharge planning as appropriate.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and state regulations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities based on client requirements.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential must be unrestricted, independent, and currently active.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. We operate under a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed payment rates ahead of client collections, thus ensuring financial stability for our clinicians. Additional compensation opportunities include bonuses and incentives based on performance.
