Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports on client progress.

• Coordinate and oversee training sessions to ensure staff competency in implementing care strategies and using documentation tools effectively.

• Maintain organized records of client interactions and treatment progress to support continuity of care.

• Serve as a vital liaison between the community and mental health services, aiding in reaching developmental milestones for clients.
