Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Rethink Mental Healthcare, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborating effectively with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, families, and other stakeholders to communicate client progress and facilitate comprehensive care.

• Designing and maintaining a structured schedule of therapy appointments, home visits, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Coordinating home visits that emphasize observation, data review, and client engagement.
\n
• Implementing personalized program plans, closely monitoring their effectiveness, and adjusting strategies as needed.
\n
• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and updates about client progress.
\n
• Completing detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes that outline therapeutic advancements.
\n
• Providing ongoing training and educational sessions for colleagues to strengthen understanding and execution of program plans.
\n
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records to ensure information accessibility for all relevant parties.
\n
• Acting as a liaison between clients, their families, and the broader mental health community to foster support networks.

• Assisting in crafting procedures and training materials aimed at refining programs that cater to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing counseling services to a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will enable you to address complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse intervention, or trauma-informed care. Experience in telehealth settings is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
