Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback.

• Provide group therapy for clients when appropriate, fostering a supportive environment for shared experiences and learning.
\n
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills, such as stress management techniques and effective communication skills.
\n
• Engage in case consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, which facilitates better tracking of client progress.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. A strong awareness of cultural sensitivity and a commitment to accommodating the varied backgrounds of our clients is essential to fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in providing counseling to individuals and families across various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Experience with crisis intervention and client advocacy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
