Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be expected to:

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team meetings, contributing insights to enhance collective patient care.

• Complete comprehensive monthly and quarterly progress reports that evaluate client advancement against therapeutic goals.

• Organize training sessions to equip staff and peers with the necessary skills to execute program plans effectively.

• Engage in follow-up interviews and home assessments to guarantee evolving needs are addressed.

• Manage patient records diligently, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility for authorized personnel.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to promote development and resources.
