Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' emotional and financial commitments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their background and needs.

• Evaluate new clients' challenges and resources through collaborative consultations, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, making adjustments as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based talk therapy techniques to address client concerns, while promoting adaptive behaviors and coping strategies.

• Encourage self-reflection and the development of constructive coping techniques that clients can employ beyond the therapy sessions.

• Monitor clients’ perceptions of their treatment, ensuring ongoing engagement and adherence to the therapy process.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Amity Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona, with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a competitive benefits package that includes professional development support and flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work-life balance.
