Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy—tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to support comprehensive client care and improve overall treatment outcomes.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by remaining informed about the latest research in mental health practices and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs will work primarily with a diverse client population seeking support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. By providing a welcoming and safe environment, you will enable clients to openly share their experiences, explore their concerns, and collaboratively work towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance in counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Capacity to work well within a team environment while also exercising independent judgment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
