Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, developing treatment plans that meet their specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, discussing client progress and treatment modifications during regular team meetings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality of all client interactions.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge of current mental health trends and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe and nurturing environment in which clients can discuss their issues openly and work towards effective resolutions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• State licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) with no restrictions on practice.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of client demographics.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
