Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively manage a caseload of clients through establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining healthy boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients to evaluate progress, facilitate discussions on stability, and plan for discharge where appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for development in the therapeutic process.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and constructive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth and individuals dealing with mental health challenges and/or substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of experience in clinical settings, working with psychiatric patients or those with substance use disorders.

• Basic computer proficiency with experience in electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation, along with necessary keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
