Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, you will take on a variety of responsibilities which include:

• Facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions, encouraging participants to share experiences, foster connection, and learn together.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions that focus on personalized support, helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to build individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and mental health goals.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments, utilizing standard evaluation tools to track outcomes effectively.

• Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, you will communicate and coordinate with other mental health professionals to optimize client care and navigate complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is dedicated to serving a diverse clientele composed primarily of teenagers and young adults aged 18 to 30 who face various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals towards recovery, providing support as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues affecting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Holding a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Prior clinical experience, preferably two or more years, focused on mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in adolescent mental health therapy, group facilitation, and evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
