Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously assess and address the evolving mental health needs of your clients through regular virtual sessions.

• Facilitate open communication among supervisors, family members, and stakeholders to track patient progress and support their development.

• Maintain a structured schedule of appointments, home visits when necessary, and documentation reflecting client interactions and therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective program implementation.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Document client progress with detailed notes and reports, completing monthly and quarterly summaries as required.

• Organize training and support sessions to ensure that all team members are adequately prepared to execute the program's objectives.

• Regularly follow up with clients through virtual meetings and check-ins to ensure ongoing support and adjustment to treatment plans.

• Serve as a resource for the community by connecting individuals with the appropriate mental health services and fostering awareness.

• Collaborate on the development and refinement of training materials to improve individual therapy practices across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Mind Teletherapy, you will work with a broad spectrum of individuals, including both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. You will specialize in providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. Your sensitive and holistic approach to care will facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships and foster long-lasting positive changes in your clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Virginia is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth context.

• A specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desired.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards, along with a commitment to professional integrity.
