Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans that consider their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, effectively communicating with clients to foster therapeutic relationships and encourage engagement in the process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients’ mental health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring every interaction is documented for quality assurance and continuity of care.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and clinical practices by actively participating in workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
