Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Promote patient engagement through constructive self-reflection and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor patient adherence to treatment recommendations, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, including symptom tracking, to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

• Prepare accurate medical documentation and referral notes when necessary, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. The patients you serve may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
