Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, incorporating history-taking from clients, including their criminal and substance abuse background, as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy, ensuring effective support is delivered even in virtual settings.

• Collaborate intimately with a multidisciplinary team of medical and behavioral health professionals to accurately diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders.

• Write detailed clinical reports and develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client needs.

• Facilitate communication among care teams, patients, and their families to ensure cohesiveness in treatment protocols and emotional support mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele that includes children, teens, adults, and couples, each facing unique emotional and relational challenges. Your role will include addressing prevalent issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational conflicts, ensuring a comprehensive and empathetic approach to therapy that prioritizes client welfare.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field and possess an active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience providing direct patient care as an LPCC within either public or private healthcare settings.

• Demonstrable expertise in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
