Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies for each client.
\n
• Implement evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, focusing on overcoming obstacles and achieving personal goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continuing education to stay updated on mental health advances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-use disorders. Many of our clients come from underserved backgrounds with limited access to mental health care. The ability to empathize and connect with a variety of clientele is crucial to fostering trusting relationships essential for effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 . Our benefits package includes:
