Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, providing ongoing support tailored to the specific dynamics of each therapy setting.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records, ensuring that all documentation aligns with legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele including individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Understanding and addressing the complexities of each client's situation is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting or similar environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, determined based on experience and qualifications.
