Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs, implementing various evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth system, ensuring clients receive effective support in managing their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline your workflow.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, participating in workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving diverse populations, including individuals and families facing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.
