Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and manage a flexible caseload by determining the number of clients to work with via our platform, Headway, to best align with your personal schedule.

• Engage in marketing efforts and client referral initiatives to actively grow your client base, contributing to both personal and organizational goals.

• Receive matching services that align your clinical skills and interests with client needs to ensure a harmonious fit and the best potential outcomes for clients.

• Deliver real-time, personalized support to clients and employ comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment approaches effectively.

• Utilize built-in insurance verification systems to confirm client coverage instantly, thereby streamlining access to mental health care and enhancing overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPCC will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
