Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office team. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients to assess their mental and emotional needs effectively.

• Work collaboratively with trauma injury patients, utilizing evidence-based strategies to help them manage their challenges and promote recovery.

• Diagnose mental or emotional disorders and develop customized treatment plans, incorporating coping strategies tailored to each individual.

• Educate both patients and staff on mechanisms for managing stress and trauma, thereby enhancing the overall care environment.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses and outcomes.

• Engage in continuing education courses to maintain National Certified Counselor certification and remain informed about industry best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
